🌼 Waterwise Landscape Conversion

Most lawns in Utah were never designed for this climate—they require constant inputs just to survive. We take a different approach, designing landscapes that work with the natural systems here—reducing water use, improving soil and drainage, and creating something that thrives naturally and fits the place. The result is a landscape that uses significantly less water, requires less maintenance over time, and looks more refined and intentional than a traditional lawn.

Tier 1 - $500 - $1500​

Tier one includes a site assessment and a basic conceptual design.

Tier 2 - $1500 - $5000​

Tier two includes a site assessment and a full design informed by iterative client feedback.

  • Detailed site analysis
  • Zone-based design:
    • low-water native planting areas
    • strategic lawn retention
    • pathways, hardscapes, and functional zones
  • Irrigation conversion strategy
  • Phasing plan

Tier 3 - $5000 +​

Tier three adds on oversight of implementation. We will perform the site assessment, design the landscape, and work with trusted contractors to implement the design so that you don't have to worry about a thing!
