🏡 New Build Landscape Design

It pays to start with a plan. Avoid the pitfalls of putting in landscaping elements only to have to remove and redo things later. Designs for new builds can ensure that you meet HOA requirements (e.g., no more than 50% turf), guide appropriate irrigation installation, for example where spray heads are placed and where drip line is placed, and create a unique, distinctive, and functional landscape that stands out with minimal maintence and water use. We specialize in landscapes focused on waterwise and native plants that will be naturally low maintenance and showcases the natural beauty we have in our region.

Backyard Plan

Tier 1 - $500 - 1500

Tier one includes a site assessment and a basic conceptual design.

  • Site assessment to analyze soil, drainage, and microclimates of the property.
  • A basic design that includes irrigation zones informed by the assessment and guidance on plant types that are suitable for those zones.

Tier 2 - $1500 - $5000

Tier two includes a site assessment and a full design informed by iterative client feedback.

  • Site assessment to analyze soil, drainage, and microclimates of the property.
  • A detailed design informed by the site assessment. This will include irrigation zones, access to a detailed plant database for the client to select plants they like the most that are suited to the different zones, and all hardscaping and functional elements. This process will be iterative, with the client providing feedback and the design updated until the clients vision is realized.

Tier 3 - $5000+

Tier three adds on oversight of implementation. We will perform the site assessment, design the landscape, and work with trusted contractors to implement the design so that you don't have to worry about a thing!

  • Site assessment to analyze soil, drainage, and microclimates of the property.
  • A detailed design as described in tier 2.
  • Coordination with trusted contractors for irrigation and landscape installation.
  • Plant selection and appropriate substitution where necessary.
  • Oversight and guidance of installation.
